One double bedroom with bathroom and shower. the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, table and chairs, refrigerator, stove, washbasin, toaster, american coffee machine, espresso coffee, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, complete set of saucepans, cooker, hob. satellite tv. furnished garden area few meters from the apartment. the swimming pool is beside the small ducks' lake and the gazebo covers small tables and chairs for pleasant breakfasts in the shadow. from the swimming pool you will enjoy views over the nearby fenced pond, the olive groves and the green woods that surround the property in an oasis of peace and tranquillity. a small jogging path runs in the large property through the scents of the nature. the garden and the pool are shared with the guests of the two other apartments. a maid and gardener couple are available for washing, ironing, and for additional cleaning or any every other extra demand. on arrival you will be welcomed with a bottle of olive oil, wine and local products such as “cantuccini buiscuits”. the setting is beautiful and romantic and is ideally located for visiting the chianti and the city of siena, 7 kms distant and the mediæval fortress of monteriggioni, only 10 minutes drive with its well preserved walls dating back to 1213 and more than 500 meters long, 20 meters high surrounded by 14 towers to square base. florence is only 45 kms. on request we will be delighted to organize a nice italian dinner for you. check-in is due from 4 p.M. check-out is due before 10 a.M. final cleaning is euro 30.
